I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The only downside was a minor hiccup with the dining service during a special meal, but this didn't take away from the overall luxury experience.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo had some shining moments, especially the really good service and beautiful lobby. but the room left much to be desired. While the check-in was smooth and I received a nice food and beverage credit, the room itself felt dated and unclean, detracting from an otherwise luxurious experience.
